Challenge
Coca-Cola wanted a different promotion, exclusively digital, where both its campaign and prizes were delivered this way, using the communication channel with the greatest diffusion in Latin America; WhatsApp. They also wanted to identify, the presentations with the most participation, and also the bottler that distributed them.

Solution
Thousands of codes were segmented by bottlers and by type of presentation, in a way that this segmentation could be accurately measured. A WhatsApp "bot" was used to oversee the conversation with participants to obtain the code and additional identification data. The prizes were "Gift Cards" that the lucky winners could redeem at the indicated establishment according to the promotion legal bases.

The customer uncovered the Coca-Cola bottle and found a unique code.
