La Suprema, a well-known brand of cookies in Bolivia, noticed the customer trend of using WhatsApp as a communication channel. From this insight they had the idea to connect with current and potential customers through this channel.

Solution
Based on the initial requirement to use WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Business tool was used for this purpose, an alternate channel channel was also incorporated: Web to have a greater reach. Through the main mobile operators in Bolivia, La Suprema offered physical prizes (tablets and cash) and instant digital prizes (data top-ups). For the mechanics of the contest, millions of unique codes were supplied with total safety via GiveMe, they were printed on "scratch-off" cards inside the packaging. What they did next? Easy! La Suprema distributed the product on the shelves and saw how the promotion gained followers day by day. The promotion was a complete success, creating a memorable moment among its audience.
